Once I found this quote attirbuted to Bruce Lee saying that The meaning of life is that it is to be lived, and it is not to be traded and conceptualized and squeezed into a pattern of systems.
Sometimes I feel, football has the same meaning. Football is meant to be lived rather than conceptualized in endless shows filled with dissonant voices; football is meant to be lived instead of being traded, captured in briefcases. You should never patter football but let it flow, flow with it, be part of it.
Go play some football. Live it.
